This was a model I wanted to do, as many years ago I went to America and went up (by lift) to the top of this building. The model is an easy one with nice metal which will withstand being bent 2 or 3 times without breaking and clear instructions. Most of the shaping is done by straight bends and a steel ruler is a good aid to help with the longer folds, this would be a good one for someone new to the hobby.
