We hold many items in stock in the UK. These are all tagged "UK Stock" and are sent sent using Hermes.

Products not in stock in the UK are shipped from Hong Kong via Fedex.

Orders received by 11:00 during the week are generally dispatched the same day.

Due to the impact of COVID19 and the new European VAT Directive since 01 July, the shipping processing and transit time from Hong Kong may take longer than usual.

We offer 2 delivery options:

  • Piececool shipping – Less than 3kg – £3.99. 3-6kg – £5.99.
    Items from UK stock will take 2 – 4 days
    Items from Hong Kong stock will take around 10 – 17 days
  • Next day – 1-2 days, depending on time of order. £5.99
    NB this is only available for UK stock items.

Back Orders

Any item marked as "Available on back-order" is temporarily out of stock in the UK, but can be purchased while we wait delivery direct from the factory. Shipping of these items will take longer, but they are sent at the lower UK shipping rates.
