Products are shipped from Hong Kong via Fedex.
Orders received by 11:00am during the week are generally dispatched the same day.
Due to the impact of COVID19 and the new European VAT Directive since 01 July, the shipping processing and transit time from Hong Kong may take longer than usual.
We offer delivery option:
Piececool shipping – Less than 3Kg – €15.99. 3-6Kg – €20.99.
Items from Hong Kong stock will take around 14 – 21days
Wherever possible, we will provide a tracking code for your order.
