These are all tagged <a href=\"https:\/\/piececool.world\/uk\/product-tag\/uk-stock\/\">&#8220;UK Stock&#8221;<\/a> and are sent sent using Hermes.<\/p>\n<p>Products not in stock in the UK are shipped from Hong Kong via Fedex.<\/p>\n<p>Orders received by 11:00 during the week are generally dispatched the same day.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the impact of COVID19 and the new European VAT Directive since 01 July, the shipping processing and transit time from Hong Kong may take longer than usual.<\/p>\nWe offer 2 delivery options:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Piececool shipping<\/strong> &#8211; Less than 3kg &#8211; \u00a33.99. 3-6kg &#8211; \u00a35.99.<br \/>\nItems from UK stock will take 2 &#8211; 4 days<br \/>\nItems from Hong Kong stock will take around 10 &#8211; 17 days<\/li>\n<li><strong>Next day<\/strong> &#8211; 1-2 days, depending on time of order. \u00a35.99<br \/>\nNB this is only available for UK stock items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wherever possible, we will provide a tracking code for your order.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Standard<\/strong> &#8211; 2-4 days, although often faster.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Next day<\/strong> &#8211; 1-2 days, depending on time of order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wherever possible, we will provide a tracking code for your order.<\/p>\n<p>If there is an issue with a delivery being damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic detail, at <a href=\"mailto:uk@piececool.world\">uk@piececool.world<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Back Orders<\/h4>\n<p>Any item marked as &#8220;Available on back-order&#8221; is temporarily out of stock in the UK, but can be purchased while we wait delivery direct from the factory.
